What a Final Assembler will do:
- Perform final assembly of machines and components, ensuring accuracy and quality
- Conduct tests on assembled machines to confirm functionality and identify potential issues
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance, adhering to company standards
- Paint and package finished products for shipping or storage
- Collaborate with team members to make modifications to existing designs when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols and company policies
- Document assembly processes and product modifications as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Basic knowledge of machine testing and quality control processes
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Physical ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks as required
