We are seeking candidates for Extrusions Support Specialist roles on the 1st shift. Hours for this position are 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday through Friday. What you will do as an Extrusion Support Specialist:

• Determine the correct packing method for the best delivery of the product according to customer specifications
• Monitor and make correct process changes for packing the product or changing rates
• Verify all information on MO is correct and that the order is complete
• Effectively load trailers in a safe and efficient manner
• Operate cranes and tractor-trailers in a safe and efficient manner
• Performs preventative maintenance inspections on tractor-trailers and cranes
• Receive in billets and accurately enter information in the computer system
• Monitor the presses for an adequate supply of baskets and spacers
• Stage material according to alloy and temperature
• Perform inspection of load before entering the aging oven
• Distribute material to proper work centers
• Check samples using both the Smart scope and RF systems

What you need to be an Extrusion Support Specialist:

• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Knowledge of using calipers and tools
• Understanding of how press operations work
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally with or without reasonable accommodations
