Job Description
Looking for a great position in a warehouse environment? Look no further! Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading manufacturing company in Albert Lea, MN. We are seeking candidates for an Export Customer Service Representative role on the 3rd shift, from 2:00am-11:00am, Monday through Friday. What you’ll do as an Export Customer Service Representative:

What you’ll do as an Export Customer Service Representative:
- Handle all customer requests, enter orders, and run daily reports
- Verify inventory and notify customers of potential shortages
- Process hold/release of inventory
- Research OS&Ds and create reports
- Post inbound and outbound orders
- Input orders on time to be shipped on pools
- Research customer requests and assist with export deliveries
- Ensure electronic transactions are not failing
- Check drivers in or out of the facility
- Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Perform data entry and filing
- Interact with customers to create inbound and outbound shipments
- Assist with inventory inquiries and investigations
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of related customer service experience required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations while maintaining professionalism
- Experience in AS400, SAP, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred
- Experience with warehouse paperwork preferred
- Familiarity with USDA’s PHIS system and export logistics experience preferred
- Ability to work in cold environments (non-weather related) is required #NEjobhunt
