What you will do as an Equipment Operator:
- Ensure that all product is built in the correct and most cost-effective manner, and in alignment with quality necessities and specifications
- Follow safety guidelines set forth by the company
- Follow all company policies in accordance with the employee handbook
- Learn building materials and all jargon to ensure future growth and knowledge
- Guarantee that all job tracking procedures are followed
What you need to be an Equipment Operator:
- High School diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Solid understanding of production and organizational methods
- Previous experience with hand tools, tape measures, and drills
- Fine-tuned communication skills
- Ability to remember processes and materials used in the building process
