Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading manufacturing company in St. Cloud, MN. We are seeking candidates for Production Associate roles on 1st shift (7:30am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday). Compensation for this contract opportunity is $16.00 per hour.

What you will do as the Entry-level Production Associate:
- Solder electrical components
- Conduct quality inspections on products for shipment
- Package product for shipment
- Prepare orders for shipment
- Measure LED light components per order specifications
What you'll bring to the Entry-level Production Associate role:
- Must have great hand-eye coordination
- Must have hand dexterity to work with small, delicate parts
- Must be detail-oriented and patient
- Soldering experience is a plus, but not required (employees will take a soldering test to see how they do during the interview/tour)
- Must be willing to participate in a 4-panel drug test and background check
