Job Description
Join a growing manufacturing team in the Detroit Lakes area! Now hiring on multiple shifts. Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with the nation's leading supplier of galvanized pipe & fittings in Detroit Lakes, MN. We are seeking Entry-level Metal Fabricators on 1st and 2nd shifts for these long-term employment opportunities. Monday - Friday shifts with no experience needed! Compensation is $18.03-$20.03 per hour, depending on shift. Receive a full benefits package after 60 days!

Shift Schedules:
- 1st Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday | Earn $18.03/hr!
- 2nd Shift: 3:30pm-2:00am, Sunday-Thursday | Earn $20.03/hr!
What you will do as the Entry-level Metal Fabricator:
- Work with sheet metal to fabricate product
- Make simple setups and operate sheet metal machines and equipment to fabricate and form parts
- Operate machines such as presses, shears, riveters, rollers, benders, notchers, etc.
What you will bring to the Entry-level Metal Fabricator jobs:
- No previous fabrication experience needed
- Longevity in past positions
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- An excellent attendance record
