We are seeking candidates for Entry-level Fabricator roles on the 1st shift. Compensation for these opportunities is $18.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Interested? What you will do as an Entry-level Fabricator:
What you will do as an Entry-level Fabricator:
- Perform ordinary and repetitive MIG arc welding operations
- Operate welding equipment
- Regulate current and voltage or gas and feed rate for proper fusion of metals
- Plan and layout welding sequence, referring to drawings, blueprints, or specifications
- Layout and mark weld points on parts or assemblies using rule, square, scribe, or templates
- Clamp parts in relative position to specification or drawing
- Position pieces to be welded into jigs or guides using measuring instruments, portable power, and hand tools
- Ability to perform custom fabrication
- Skilled with moderately complex orders will be expected upon a pre-determined training period
- Knowledge of safety and quality control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
