We are seeking candidates for Elevator Operators on the 1st shift. Compensation for these contract opportunities is $20.00-$22.00 per hour. Interested? Read below for more information!
What the Elevator Operator will do:
What the Elevator Operator will do:
- Document all maintenance activities on work order forms
- Scale incoming grain trucks (both loaded and empty) and provide scale tickets to office personnel
- Perform and document all required quality testing on incoming grain to determine accept/reject criteria
- Clean and bin grain accordingly
- Load and scale feed trucks for outbound by-product shipments
- Communicate necessary information to appropriate departments
- Demonstrated mechanical skills with a minimum of two years of applicable maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to accurately document maintenance activities and quality testing results
- Strong communication skills to effectively share necessary information with relevant departments
- Ability to work in various environments, including elevators, entire facility, and grounds
- Efficient and organized approach to managing grain receiving, cleaning, and maintenance tasks
