Key Responsibilities
- Respond efficiently to urgent production equipment needs.
- Conduct preventive, predictive, and reactive electrical, instrumentation, and controls maintenance.
- Utilize CMMS to execute and document maintenance tasks.
- Apply NEC code knowledge to ensure compliance in installations and repairs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLCs, VFDs, HIM modules, and power distribution systems.
- Perform mechanical troubleshooting on rotating equipment, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Collaborate on continuous improvement projects and capital investments.
- Maintain adherence to safety standards, including PPE, ARC flash/blast policies, and LOTO procedures.
- Support Food Safety and Quality Assurance practices to uphold product quality standards.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 3+ years of industrial or plant maintenance experience.
- Proficient in electrical systems, troubleshooting tools, and NEC compliance.
- Training in OSHA 30-hour, HAZMAT awareness, Arc Flash, and related fields.
- Background in food manufacturing and instrumentation control systems.
