Job Description
Try your luck at this new opportunity! Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a manufacturing supplier that focuses on all types of electronic devices and equipment located in Marshall, MN. We are seeking Documentation Specialists to work 7:00am-4:30pm, Monday through Thursday, and 7:00am-11:00am on Friday. What a Documentation Specialist will do:
- Scan documents
- Upload documents into the system
- Enter the start and completion dates of training records
- Decipher the training needs to be reoccurring
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous data entry skills
- Previous experience with Access Database is a plus
- Ability to sit for long periods, scan documents, and upload into the system
