Seeking a new manufacturing job? Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading truck manufacturing company in Hibbing, MN. We are seeking candidates for Disassembler positions on the 2nd shift. Compensation for these opportunities is $20.00 per hour. Interested? Learn more below!
What a Disassembler will do:
What a Disassembler will do:
- Interpret work orders, production routers, BOM, and product manuals
- Disassemble electronic and mechanical assemblies
- Operate production equipment used in the assembly of printed circuit boards
- Manually position and align components in specified relationship to each other with or without jig, fixture, or other holding device
- Perform go-no-go testing and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards
- Utilize hand tools to perform disassembly functions (ex. screwdrivers, measuring devices, adjustable end wrench, torque drivers, grinders)
- Label products according to standards
- Participate in team huddles and group projects
- Sandblast for hour increments
- Able to read, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions
- Basic math and computer skills
- Physically capable of standing for entire shift, using fine motor skills, pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds, overhead reach up to 25 pounds, and sandblast 60 pounds of pressure
- Must be willing to work overtime periods including weekends to meet production demands
- Must pass background and drug test
