What a Delivery Assistant will do:
- Unload cases of product (beer, water, energy drinks, etc.) from the truck and deliver to on- and off-premise accounts
- Assist in the merchandising of products
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the delivery truck/car upon arrival back at the warehouse at the end of the day’s delivery
- Fill shelves in all accounts
- Build and fill floor displays in all accounts
- Merchandise cooler and floor displays properly
- Follow all processes and standards set forth in the Company Delivery Handbook
- Follow all company work and safety rules
What you need to be a Delivery Assistant:
- Ability to walk and stand frequently with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to lift between 25–30 lbs., and occasionally up to 160 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be able to enter and ride in the cab of a delivery truck
- The position requires frequent to constant reaching forward while handling and sliding products above and below waist level #NEjobhunt
