Data Entry Specialist - Day Shift
Job Description
What a Data Entry Specialist will do:
- Accurately enter incoming customer orders
- Professionally answer incoming calls and direct them to appropriate individuals, providing basic information or assistance when appropriate
- Serve as first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, helpful, and prompt customer servis via phone, email, or in person
- Perform routine clerical tasks such as filing documents, making copies, scanning records, and maintaining organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Support general office operations by assisting with supply inventory, mail distribution, and other tasks as assigned to help maintain efficient workflow and a professional office environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Top-tier customer service, problem-solving, and time management skills
- 1-2 years of experience preferred
