What a Customer Service Representative will do:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers by providing prompt, friendly service, connecting with the customer, and acting with a “customer comes first” attitude
- Maintain a confident and friendly demeanor at all times
- Pay attention to and respond to customer needs and requirements for handling and cleaning of their garments
- Maintain a high degree of regular and punctual attendance
What you need to be a Customer Service Representative:
- Basic computer knowledge or familiarity with a computer
- Ability to learn new information and skills quickly
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate accurately and professionally
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships with customers
- Comply with the company dress code that prohibits excessive display of tattoos, facial piercings, excessive ear piercing, and any unnatural hair colors
