What you will do as a Customer Service Representative:

What you will do as a Customer Service Representative:
- Communicate with customers by fax or phone to take product orders
- Calculate prices based on product(s) ordered and customer multiplier
- Send, via fax/email, confirmation of sale and price quote to the customer
- Enter orders into the sales database via computer to initiate the production process
- Communicate with customers regarding product inquiries
- Handle minor customer disputes
- Intake new customer information needed by the sales department
- Product configuration into the ICIM system
- Perform other related job duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
- 2+ year degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business is preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a production/lumberyard setting
- High level of customer service skills (in person or via phone)
- Ability to communicate effectively both verballing and in writing
- Knowledge of computers and software (Microsoft Office)
