What a Customer Service Representative will do:
- Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures
- Control correspondence
- Manage filing systems
- Review and approve supply needs
- Assign and monitor clerical functions
- Some human resource tasks related to the operations of the office
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding their insurance products or services
- Communicate with internal and external agents, coworkers, and customers about basic underwriting guidelines, policies, and marketing initiatives to service customer accounts
- Analyze, clarify, and resolve policy and account-related questions
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft, Word, Excel, and Google Chrome
