We are seeking candidates for the Conversion Operator role. Compensation for this direct hire opportunity is $43,680-$49,920 per year, depending on skills and experience. Interested? What you will do as a Conversion Operator:
This company offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical insurance options such as a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with employer contributions to an HSA, PPO plans, and flexible spending accounts (FSA). What you will do as a Conversion Operator:
- Communicate rate deficiencies to management per prescribed procedures
- Perform quality inspections according to Quality Department procedures and Engineering work instructions and document results
- Responsible for accurate entries in the computer time clock system
- Responsible for accurate documentation of inspection
- Positively contribute to the company's safety, quality and production goals
- Responsible for reporting to Management any unsafe working conditions
- Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures
- High School education or equivalent
- Rotary Press or machining experience and/or technical training from accredited trade school a plus
- Ability to accurately understand and interpret basic prints
- Proficient PC skills, Microsoft office products
- Lean manufacturing experience a plus to include 5s, S.M.E.D. and continuous improvement
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
