What a Controls Engineer will do:
- Design and develop control systems (PLC programming, HMI design, electrical schematics)
- Implement and maintain control systems for safety and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with teams to resolve system issues
- Prepare technical documentation and manuals
- Provide technical support and training to staff
- Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with codes and standards
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in control systems, preferably in manufacturing
- Proficiency in PLC programming, HMI design, and CAD software is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
