Job Description
Seeking a new opportunity? Don’t miss this role! Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading shipping company in Cold Spring, MN. We are seeking candidates for a Clerk role on a 12-hour day shift (rotating 2-2-3 schedule). Compensation for these opportunities ranges between $19.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Interested? Read below for more information!
What you’ll do as a Clerk:
What you’ll do as a Clerk:
- Compile documents on incoming and outgoing shipments to expedite removal or delivery of product from distribution centers
- Prepare Bill of Ladings for shipping charges
- Communicate with Dock Coordinators to determine which dock door to send trucker to
- Answer phone calls, assist with directions to facility, and other customer service items as needed
- Complete reports as needed per customer requirements
- Knowledge working in Outlook, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and use of customer portals
- Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of computer, writing, and filing required
- Ability to communicate with all levels of employees, vendors, customers, and visitors #WorkNow
