The Chemical Lab Supervisor will manage lab technicians, oversee chemical analyses, and ensure compliance with process controls throughout the facility. This role also involves operating specialized equipment and supporting production as needed.

The Chemical Lab Supervisor will manage lab technicians, oversee chemical analyses, and ensure compliance with process controls throughout the facility. This role also involves operating specialized equipment and supporting production as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update work processes
- Lead and supervise lab personnel
- Achieve production and quality objectives
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements
- Maintain and troubleshoot chemical processes
- Operate equipment and follow documented procedures
- Review products throughout production to meet quality standards
- Issue notices based on chemical analysis results
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree
- Hands-on experience in measuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting chemical compositions in plating processes to ensure optimal performance and quality.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR compliance)
