We are seeking candidates for Cheese Room Mixer roles on the 2nd shift. Hours for this position are 4:30pm-3:00am, Monday through Thursday. What a Cheese Room Mixer will do:
What a Cheese Room Mixer will do:
- Manage the cheese room in all areas
- Monitor inventory of materials
- Ensure FIFO is implemented
- Verify lot codes and paperwork
- Oversee cheese changeovers
- Maintain cleanliness of the cheese room
- Prep cheese staging area with pallets for every shift
- Maintain frequent communication with leadership to ensure they are made aware of all activity in the cheese room
- Maintain adequate GMP
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Must be highly organized, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to read and write in English
