Job Description

We work one-on-one with great candidates to help connect them with local employment opportunities. We are seeking candidates for CNC Operator roles on the 1st shift. What you will do as a CNC Operator:

What you will do as a CNC Operator:
- Operate CNC Swiss machines
- Machine a variety of stainless steel, aluminum, and steel parts
- Properly read and interpret engineering drawings
- Help set up and operate CNC Router tables
- Router products consisting of recycled lumber materials, wood signage and plastic laminate
- Troubleshooting and improving processes
- Work with others to complete deadlines as a team member and is self-motivated to work with minimal supervision as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- 3+ years of general manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of Multicam and Shopsaber CNC a plus
- Knowledge of Cititzen A20 and Tsugami BO325-III is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and high quality
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple different projects
- Preference for smaller family-owned company
- Independent and self-directed, as well as team-oriented and team-accountable
