What you will do as a CNC Mill Machinist:
- Operate CNC milling machines and ensure optimal machine performance
- Perform tool changes, adjustments, and troubleshoot machine issues independently
- Maintain production efficiency while ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Record production data, including downtime, incidents, and machine-related issues
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform basic machine maintenance and collaborate with the maintenance team for repairs as needed
- 2+ years of experience as a CNC mill operator
- Experience with CNC machine operation, tool changes, and troubleshooting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high production quality
- Ability to work efficiently during weekend night shifts
- CNC setup experience is required
