We are seeking candidates for CNC Mill Machinist roles on the 1st shift. Work 10-hour shifts 4 days a week and enjoy 3 days off! What a CNC Mill Machinist will do:

What a CNC Mill Machinist will do:
- Set up and run CNC or manual machines to produce quality parts to specifications
- Maintain an established average rate per hour for machine being operated
- Consistently check parts produced with inspection equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, gages, optical comparator, etc.
- Fill out paperwork as necessary (SPC, etc.)
- Replace tools and drills and for setting tools when necessary
- Count parts with scale and keeping track of total number of parts produced for job reporting
- Perform basic programming and maintenance on CNC machines along with various other part processing
- Some technical school training for CNC machines and previous related experience is preferred
- Ability to carry out written and verbal instructions
- Ability to read and comprehend part drawings and specifications accurately
- Knowledge of inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gages, etc.
- Ability to apply common sense in handling problems
- Mechanically inclined
- Ability to learn quickly and retain that knowledge
- Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 30 pounds occasionally and stand for a 10-hour work shift with or without reasonable accommodations
