Job Description
Are you looking for an exciting new manufacturing job to boost your career? Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading manufacturing company located in Sartell, MN. We are seeking candidates for CNC Machinist positions on the 2nd shift. This position will work on the 1st shift from 5:00am-1:00pm until trained, and 3:00pm-1:00am once training is complete. Compensation for these direct-hire opportunities is $32.03 per hour, plus a shift differential of $1.30 per hour. Interested? Read below for more information!
What a CNC Machinist will do:
What a CNC Machinist will do:
- Setup, operate, and program CNC machines including horizontal lathes, vertical boring machines, vertical machining centers, and horizontal machining centers
- Check work for quality
- Use multiple measuring devices such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, etc.
- Previous experience working as a machinist
- Must have a degree in machining or willingness to obtain one
- Must have experience in programming, CNC mills, and lathes
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test, alcohol screen, physical, and background check
