Job Description
Enjoy weekly paychecks and longer weekends with this production job! Doherty Staffing Solutions in partnership with a leading company in the Cold Spring, MN area is interviewing for a Blender Operator. The hours for the Blender Operator are 5:45pm-6:00am. This is a two-week rotating schedule. One week you’ll be off Monday and Tuesday, work Wednesday and Thursday, and be off Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The next week is the opposite. That means every other week you have a 3-day weekend! Compensation for this contract opportunity starts at $19.00 per hour.

What You'll Do as the Blender Operator:
- Ensure that the new production line initiatives meet organizational objectives this will include changes to technology and systems, changes to business processes and changes in organizational structure and job roles
- Strive to achieve quick adoption of change and ensure efficient understanding and training in order to achieve organizational proficiency to handle new initiatives and projects
- Attends training on new processes and equipment. This may include self study
- Sanitizes the Filler/Blender and lines before starting each day
- Operates Filler/Blender Machines
- Does required equipment and maintenance checks
- Completes appropriate documentation every hour
- Assists in Housekeeping of area as required
- Observes that proper labels and lids are in place, taking appropriate action when needed
- Observes for proper levels of CO2
What You Need to be the Blender Operator:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year of production experience
- Thorough knowledge of production operations, including all safety requirements
- Strong mechanical background
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong math and science skills, exceptional organizational skills and detailed
- Work well with others to direct or lead people and work effectively with all levels of personnel
