Job Description
Bring your manufacturing experience to this new role! Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading beverage manufacturing company in Cold Spring, MN. We are seeking candidates for Blender Operator roles on 12-hour day & night shifts (rotating 2-2-3 schedule). Compensation for these direct hire opportunities ranges between $19.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Plus, a $2 per hour premium for night shift. Interested? - Ensure the new production line initiatives meet organizational objectives including changes to technology and systems, changes to business processes, and changes in organizational structure
- Strive to achieve quick adoption of change and ensure efficient understanding and training to achieve organizational proficiency to handle new initiatives and projects
- Attend training on new processes and equipment
- Sanitize tanks, lines, heat exchangers, and other equipment
- Batch soft drinks, energy drinks, and alcoholic drinks
- Understand, select, input, and record correct data onto/into our digital HMI system and physical recipe documentation
- Offload tanker trailer/s of ingredient/s required for production of high-quality beverages
- Operate equipment in a safe and secure manner
- Maintain tool quality and inform Supervisor/Lead if new ones are required for the job
- Ensure that every detail and specification of each product is met
- 1+ years of experience in a Production environment is preferred, but not required
- Ability to regularly bend, stoop, and lift up to 60 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Experience in a production and warehouse environment, including knowledge of forklifts, equipment, and damp floors
- Willingness to work around noise, dust, variable temperatures, and use of production chemicals
- Willingness to work and direct in confined spaces and work with high-pressure steam
- Ability to communicate with all levels of employees, vendors, and customers. and visitors #SpotLightJob
