What you will do as a Bilingual Line Trainer:

What you will do as a Bilingual Line Trainer:
- Train new employees on assembly procedures, safety protocols, and proper equipment use
- Provide real-time coaching and guidance to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality in work performed
- Clearly communicate job expectations and instructions in both English and Spanish to ensure full comprehension
- Act as a point of contact for new employees to address questions and provide support during their initial work period
- Ensure all employees follow proper workplace safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Perform general labor tasks, including both sit-down and standing repetitive assembly work to assemble home improvement tools
- Operate machinery such as the universal stamping machine, Vandorn, Little David, and Universal Labeling System with a light curtain
- Place magnets on paint pails, affix labels, and box and palletize products efficiently
- Ability to safely lift and move items up to 25-30 lbs., with most tasks involving lightweight components
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
- Must follow all safety and quality control guidelines to maintain production standards
- Bilingual in English and Spanish to train and communicate with employees
- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly role preferred #WorkNow
