Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading company in Minnesota for temporary Bilingual French Remote Customer Service Representative roles (YOU MUST LIVE IN MN TO APPLY OR BE CONSIDERED). This role is set to begin in October 2024 and last through January - with the potential to go longer term. Compensation for these contract opportunities is $18.00-$21.00 (Plus off shift pay if you work weekends) per hour, depending on skills and experience. Interested? Read more below!

What you will do as a Remote Customer Service Representative:
- Responsible for assisting participants with inquiries for our client programs (contact may be in the form of phone calls, e-mail, or chat)
- Effectively communicate with customers, co-workers, and management
- High accountability for providing excellent customer service
- Provide professionalism and signature service to both internal and external customers
- Provide quality professional customer service through the handling of inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails for inquiries related to orders, accounts, shipments, program rules, catalog support, technical support, supplier questions, and more
- High school diploma
- Bilingual in French or Spanish required
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- Ability to maintain customer relationships
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities/communication channels simultaneously
- Ability to research and resolve issues that arise
- Must live in Minnesota
