Job Description
Join this dynamic manufacturing company in Blaine! Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading manufacturer of air-dry, specialty rubber coating located in Blaine, MN. We are seeking candidates for Batch Maker positions on the 1st shift. The hours for this position are 7:30am-4:00pm, Monday- Friday. What a Batch Maker will do:
- Stand at different mixing stations
- Check gauges
- Add mixing products
- Start machines
- Inspect finished mixing products
- Carry bags of powder
- Sweep and clean workstations
What you need to be a Batch Maker:
- Must be willing to work in a hot environment
- Warehouse, construction, machine operation, general fabrication, or general manufacturing experience preferred
- No industrial experience is required (will consider candidates if their hobbies are related to mixed industrial ingredients, machine operation, etc.)
