We are seeking candidates for Bait Packager roles on the 2nd shift. Hours for this position are from 3:45pm-1:45am, Monday through Thursday. What a Bait Packager will do:
- Distribute work assignments to assembler/packagers
- Perform setup operations
- Tend to the packaging equipment for continuous operation
- Make routine machine adjustments
- Troubleshoot first level issues and performs first level maintenance
- Assists with tooling changeovers
- Ensure needed materials are available
- Change film and printer labels as necessary
- Maintain records and worksheets
- Ensure designated packaging line operates efficiently
What you need to be a Bait Packager:
- High school diploma or GED; or 2+ months of related experience
- Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide
- Ability to perform calculations using weight measurements
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to understand and carryout written and oral instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few variables in standardized situations #WEjobhunt
