What an Assistant Shop Manager will do:

What an Assistant Shop Manager will do:
- Assemble components according to specifications and blueprints
- Fabricate parts using hand tools and power tools
- Operate machinery safely and effectively within a manufacturing facility
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the assembly process
- Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working in the factory environment
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot assembly issues
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively
- Experience working in a factory or warehouse setting, preferably on an assembly line
- Ability to assemble products accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with operating forklifts is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team #WorkNow
