We are seeking candidates for an Assistant Production Team Lead role on the day shift, Monday through Thursday. Compensation for this opportunity is $20.00 per hour. Interested? What you will do as an Assistant Production Team Lead:

What you will do as an Assistant Production Team Lead:
- Operation and preparation of scaling equipment
- Ensure accurate weights are obtained at various stages
- Assist with coordinating department activities within a production area to ensure department and company production is met in a timely manner
- Assist with maintaining tracking of daily KPI’s and communicate progress to their team utilizing hour-by-hour boards
- Promptly communicates any potential outages or shortcomings to Production Team Lead or Supervisor
- Provide feedback for the creation of work procedures as they pertain to Safety, Quality, and Productivity
- Complete daily production records and reports
- Assist with performing effective handoffs and communication at shift change with incoming Production Team Lead
- Assist to ensure the correct inventory of supplies is present for the required jobs to be performed
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of Manufacturing related experience, preferably food production
- Basic computer skills, entering data, Microsoft Office, and email
- Bilingual/Spanish or Somali (speaking/writing/ reading) preferred
- Resourceful with problem solving skills
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to work a flexible schedule
