Job Description
Seeking a great new opportunity in the East Metro? Check out this role! Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading manufacturing company in Falcon Heights, MN. We are seeking candidates for Assembler roles on the 1st shift. Hours for this shift are from 6:30 am-3:00 pm, Monday through Friday. What an Assembler will do:
What an Assembler will do:
- Assemble brackets and press clinch nuts using a Haeger machine
- Mark, label, date code, and box metal components
- Ensure that all work is done by and adheres to Company ISO9001:2015 and Quality standards
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in a metal manufacturing setting
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Strong mechanical aptitude and demonstration of problem-solving abilities
