Job Description
What you’ll do as the Administrative Assistant:
- Provide vital support for the efficient operation of the office, managing day-to-day tasks and clerical duties
- Schedule appointments
- Manage calendars for multiple individuals, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes, draft and edit documents, and ensure professional communication
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, and manage databases
- Provide general office support, such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and ordering supplies
- Prepare reports and invoices, and may assist with basic bookkeeping or data analysis
- Work with other staff members and departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication
What you need to be the Administrative Assistant:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong typing and data entry skills
