What You’ll Do as the Administrative Assistant:
- Provide support to managers and employees
- Assist in daily office needs, and a variety of administrative tasks
- Purchase office supplies
- Develop reports
- Manage a curriculum library
- Maintain records, newsletters, and more
What You Need to Become the Administrative Assistant:
- High School Degree or equivalent required; additional education in administrative courses/degrees preferred
- Proven experience as admin or office assistant
- Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS office programs
- Must be detail-oriented and able to successfully complete assignments on a deadline
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to complete pre-employment background check
- Will require occasional travel within Marshall, MN #WEjobhunt
