What you will do as a Sales Associate:
- Greet walk-in customers in a polite and professional manner.
- Look up and sell parts to the customer
- Learn the company's ERP system
- Manufacturer hose assemblies, tubing, and other assemblies
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Write up and coordinate with service repair business that is brought in
- Work with outside and inside sales to help better serve our customers
- Achieve productivity and sales goals
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and showroom
- Assist with mentoring and training of new hires in the same department
- Attend product training and seminars if available
What you need to be a Sales Associate:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
- Good listening and phone skills
- Computer proficiency
- Basic understanding of hydraulics
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Goal-oriented and dedicated to excellence
