Job Description

We work one-on-one with great candidates to help connect them with local employment opportunities. This company is hiring Maintenance and Reliability Techs on the 1st shift. What you will do as a Maintenance and Reliability Tech:
What you will do as a Maintenance and Reliability Tech:
- Perform priority repairs and maintenance in a timely and efficient manner
- Complete schedule projects to timeline and quality standards of company
- Effectively work with production and other repair staff to maximize quality of work and productivity of department
- Repair equipment specific to CFF and its producers
- Perform scheduled repairs to company quality and cost standards
- Provide service and labor for farm group
- Perform general carpentry, plumbing, and steel repair
- Execute maintenance procedures on assigned farms #WEjobhunt
- Experience with tools such as torch welders and grinders
- Experience with power hand tools such as power drill, circular saw, saws all, etc.
- Skilled in electrical systems and welding applications
- Livestock experience is preferred
