What a Human Resources Representative will do:
- Serve as point of contact to employees, managers, other HR Staff, vendors, and other external third parties
- Provide information regarding HR processes, procedures, programs, and service offerings
- Serve as a first-line customer Point of Contact for a variety of centralized and standardized customer services
- Answer incoming phone calls, chats, emails, and in-person contacts
- Provide transaction-based human resources support services to customers of HR Central, a centralized human resources employee support center
- Use discretion to escalate as needed
- Enter, review, and approve transactions in SAP SuccessFactors
- Administer I-9 processes for new employees and verifications
- Process verifications of employment
- Utilize a variety of documented procedures and technology tools to manage and coordinate the administrative processing and execution of assigned time-sensitive HR process activities and transactions
What you need to be a Human Resources Representative:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
- Experience working in an HRIS system (SAP SuccessFactors)
- Experience working with customers to handle a variety of HR issues
