What you will do as a Customer Experience Representative:

What you will do as a Customer Experience Representative:
- Provide timely responses to customer service inquiries
- Adhere to customer support guidelines as set by the supervisor
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues
- Fulfill service requests via phone, email, chat, or in person
- Maintain effective and cooperative working relationships
- Handle customer complaints efficiently
- Develop and document knowledge into helpful content
- Understand and adhere to quality policies
- Become proficient with Netsuite ERP system
- Provide expert knowledge on products and information
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams
- Perform open/close procedures for retail space
- Complete transactions accurately and engage customers effectively
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of customer service or related experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative problem-solving approaches
- Adaptability to new systems and processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented mindset
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
