- Perform basic fabrication including assembly, gluing, and forming to specifications
- Utilize measuring and hand tools
- Understand the importance of quality and how it affects productivity
- Recognize opportunities for increased productivity
- Recognize different plastics and their respective properties
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Effective communication skills both written and orally
- Knowledge of measuring devices
- Proficient with measuring devices and possess strong math skills
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
